Created by ARGO, for Unbound

Unbound AI Operations

Helping business owners turn scattered work, missed follow-up, manual tasks, and daily overwhelm into organized support that gives them hours back.

What Unbound Does

Unbound builds AI operation systems for business owners who are drowning in busywork. We organize the backend of the business so leads, clients, tasks, follow-up, content, and workflows stop living in someone's head.

  • AI support for daily business operations
  • Project folders that hold the full picture
  • Agent commanders that organize tasks and decisions
  • Automations that reduce manual follow-up
  • Workflows that make the business easier to run

What We Are Building With ARGO

ARGO is the AI commander of Unbound. He helps us create the prompts, folders, workflows, dashboards, and agents that businesses can use to reduce chaos and operate with more clarity.

  • AI command centers
  • Business dashboards
  • Project folder structure
  • Obsidian knowledge bases
  • Code-based AI agents
  • Client-ready automation workflows

Why We Built This

We did not start this because we wanted another tech tool. We started this because we were drowning in our own business operations. Messages, tasks, clients, ideas, follow-up, websites, offers, and daily decisions kept stacking up until the work became too heavy to hold manually.

  • We had too many moving pieces.
  • Important things lived in our heads.
  • Tasks snowballed when we got busy.
  • Follow-up depended on memory.
  • Every business needed a clearer command center.
  • We realized other business owners were dealing with the same thing.

Unbound was built from the problem we had to solve for ourselves first.

The 90/10 Rule

Most business owners spend too much time inside the 90%: admin, follow-up, scattered communication, content tasks, reminders, client details, and operational cleanup. The work that actually grows the business gets squeezed into the remaining 10%.

Unbound helps move the repeatable 90% into clear support, so owners can spend more time on the 10% that requires their leadership, creativity, relationships, and decisions.

  • Less manual follow-up
  • Less scattered communication
  • Less repeating the same tasks
  • Less business living in your head
  • More time for sales, delivery, strategy, and leadership

We Built This For Ourselves First

How We Build This for a Business

The build starts by organizing the business before building the agent. A strong AI commander needs context, rules, boundaries, workflows, and a place to store the truth of the business.

01

Build the project folder

Create the command container for the business.

02

Create the Obsidian knowledge base

Give the system one clear source of truth.

03

Build the first code agent

Start with one useful job, clear permissions, and safe boundaries.

04

Connect real workflows

Tie the agent to the work that actually repeats.

05

Refine from reality

Improve the system based on how the business operates.

Step One: Create the Agent Commander Project Folder

The project folder becomes the command container. It tells the AI what business it serves, what the goal is, what it is allowed to touch, what it should never touch, and what kind of work it is responsible for.

Agent Commander Template

Take-home template

A project-folder starting point they can copy and use.

Use this template to create the project instructions for your own AI commander. It gives the AI a clear role, North Star, boundaries, safety rules, output structure, and decision logic so it can support your business without becoming scattered or unsafe.

  • Defines the AI commander's role and business target
  • Keeps the AI focused on revenue, time savings, stress reduction, and useful outputs
  • Gives the AI clear safety rules and escalation boundaries
  • Creates structure for pages, workflows, automations, and project handoffs
  • Helps business owners build from clarity instead of scattered notes

Step Two: Build the Business Knowledge Base

Before creating the first code agent, the business needs a source of truth. Obsidian becomes the place where the business stores its notes, SOPs, workflows, offers, client structures, prompts, assets, and decisions.

The AI can only operate well when the business has a clear single source of truth.

Step Three: Build the First Agent in Code

Once the project folder and knowledge base are clear, the first code agent can be created. This agent should not try to do everything at once. It should begin with a specific job, clear permissions, safe boundaries, and measurable output.

Agent name
Role
Goal
Allowed files

Tools it can use
Tasks it can perform
Tasks it must escalate
Output format
Stop conditions

Logging or handoff requirements

Do not start with a giant all-powerful agent. Start with one useful agent that gives the business hours back.

Commander Builder Prompt

Once the first agent scope is clear, this prompt turns the commander vision into a Claude Code build prompt. They can scan the QR code or open the copy page.

Commander Builder Prompt

Agent build prompt

A copy page for creating the first commander in code.

This prompt belongs in the project that already holds the commander's vision. It asks that project to generate a complete Claude Code prompt so Code can build the commander identity file safely.

  • Checks the commander's name, job, home directory, permissions, and coordinated agents
  • Asks one question at a time if required context is missing
  • Generates a complete Claude Code prompt with real values filled in
  • Protects existing files by requiring a diff and sign-off before overwriting
  • Requires a report with diff, byte size, sha256, and confirmation nothing else was touched

Who We Are Looking For

Our ask is simple. We are looking for referrals to business owners who are drowning in the 90% and need help creating more structure, automation, and operational clarity.

Good referrals

  • Solopreneurs
  • Small business owners
  • Service providers
  • Coaches or consultants with too much admin
  • Local businesses with messy follow-up
  • Businesses losing leads because of slow response time
  • Teams managing too much through texts and memory
  • Owners who need marketing and operations organized
  • Businesses with too many tools and no central system
  • Anyone saying, “I know AI could help, but I do not know where to start.”

Best-fit pain points

  • Too many messages
  • Missed follow-up
  • No clear CRM flow
  • Manual content process
  • Repeating the same admin tasks
  • Leads falling through cracks
  • Owner is the bottleneck
  • Business feels chaotic behind the scenes

The Goal Is Not More AI. The Goal Is Less Chaos.

Unbound exists to help business owners get out from under the operational weight of their own business. ARGO helps us build the support layer, but the real goal is simple: hours back, stress removed, and a business that becomes easier to run.
